“Why did Jesus say God forsook Him?”
The crucified Son voices real human suffering and invokes Psalm 22. The cry does not mean God’s divine being split apart.
What the objection is claiming
Jesus’ suffering cry is treated as an ontological rupture inside God.
Hebrews 5:7-8

How the passages answer it
Jesus bears the suffering of the righteous Servant and the weight of human sin. God remains in Christ accomplishing reconciliation, even as the true human Messiah experiences agony, rejection, and death.
